September 8 and September 22 from 3:00 to 5:00 pm.

This is a group for those knitters working on a Fair Isle project.  You may bring your project for extra support and to get help developing your technique and knowledge of Fair Isle.  This is a great time to share your projects and ideas for future undertakings.  An instructor will be available.  You must be an experienced Fair Isle knitter or be a student in one of our Fair Isle classes.  Class is free with purchase of a Fair Isle class or project materials - otherwise, a $10/session fee will be charged. 

Meeting time is 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month.

We will meet monthly on the fourth Wednesday of the month  from 2 pm to 4 pm.  We have also added a Saturday session on the 2nd Saturday of each month from 10 am to 12 noon.   Students will receive two patterns each month (for a total of 12 blocks) designed exclusively for this program by Sandy, as well as instruction and a student discount on supplies.   You may join in at any time - this is a self-paced program.

There will be a follow-up session on blocking and assembling the completed blocks.  Class fee is $15 per session.  Sample blocks are on display at A Good Yarn Shop.

Looking for fellow crocheters?  Want to learn how to crochet, or learn a new technique?  Bring your crochet supplies, a project that you need help or encouragement with, and ideas for what you would like to get out of Crochet Club.  The club will be facilitated by Andrea Brush, and is free of charge.

Knitter's Night Out at A Good Yarn Shop!

Come and join a fabulous group of knitters and crocheters for fun, fiber and frivolity!  This is the event that we all look forward to every month - it is such a fun and friendly group!

Join us from 4 pm to 9 pm on Friday, September 17.   We'll have door prizes throughout the evening.   You never know what we will come up with next!

The Solid Rock Cafe is open and ready for those wanting to purchase dinner, and we'll provide water and treats.   Dress comfortably, bring your knitting/crocheting and be prepared for a fun evening!  Please bring your show and tell knitting/crochet project to show to the group! 

Note:  No rsvp is required, but if you want to call ahead and let us know you are coming, that's fine!

Join us for the celebration of our second anniversary here at A Good Yarn Shop.  On both Friday and Saturday we will be having demonstrations in the shop, special trunk shows, door prizes and more.

Debbie will join us for several special events that are just being finalized, so watch this space and our website for more details.  Plans include "Knit with Debbie" sessions and a book signing.
