Shipping & Delivery
- Orders filled in the US are typically processed and shipped within 3-7 business days.
- Our shipping rates are flat rates, based on the location we are shipping as determined by USPS.
 
Canada and Worldwide
We ship by U.S. Postal Service internationally unless you would prefer a different carrier.  We primarily ship Airmail unless you would prefer Parcel Post.  Charges will be based on published USPS rates, plus a small additional handling charge.  Shipping charges for international orders will automatically calculate in the shopping cart. 
Generally, international orders can take 2-4 weeks to be delivered.  Delivery time depends on the destination; please contact Customer Service for the latest rates.  For international orders please note that Debbie Macomber's A Good Yarn Shop is not responsible for any duty or charges incurred at the destination country.

Returns & Replacements
* No returns after 60 days 
* No returns accepted on books, patterns, or magazines
* No returns accepted on knitting needles, crochet hooks, or accessories
* Purchases may be exchanged for merchandise or store credit only.  Credit will be issued to the customer as soon as the merchandise is returned to us, at the cost of the customer.  No refunds on shipping and handling costs on correctly filled orders.
* All sale items are final sale. Sale items are not returnable or exchangeable.
